    Go to Josephine Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. You imagine that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Paddling on Clear Creek is so much fun; after a long day outdoors Key To The Rockies Lodging At Keystone is a great place to spend a night or two. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Josephine Lake, and the overnight is a little colder of course, mostly in the 30's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's while Josephine  
   Lake nighttime low temperatures during the winter are in the-10's. Brittle Silver Mountain is clearly visible from Josephine Lake; skiing at Arapahoe Basin is one of those things you just must do.
Josephine Lake is regularly a relatively arid place; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and January on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Grays Peak Trail; tremendous skiing awaits you at Loveland.
 
               Ski Tip Townhomes is a brilliant location to get some rest, and of course, A tour to Cinnamon Gulch is always fun. Going for a hike on the Argentine Trail is always a fine adventure, and Hall Valley Campground is a delightful campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Get drenched paddling on Woods Creek, and if you've had enough of Josephine Lake, Shelf Lake is nearby.
Don't leave Josephine Lake without first going for a hike along the Argentine North Fork Trail, and Josephine Lake is a fine place to visit for more than one day, Guanella Pass - Arapaho National Forest is a fine place to camp nearby.
