This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Last Chance Trail is pleasant fun, and lots of people from Edwards come here. Yep, outdoors fun things to do are beyond doubt bountiful here at Josephine Lake. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Beaver Creek, and Josephine Lake is a splendid place to visit for more than one day, Gold Park Campground       is a splendid place to camp nearby. Josephine Lake is a beautiful lake in the Sawatch Range. Elk Wallow Campground is a great campground nearby, and there are some nice whitewater spots on Eagle River. Josephine Lake is a location that is reasonably dried out commonly; the month with most of the rain is July; the driest month of the year is February. So much amusing stuff in the vicinity of Josephine Lake, definitely striking. The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch                  is a delightful site to get some rest, and if you come at the right time of year, Fryingpan River offers some brilliant whitewater. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun things in the Sawatch Range. Going for a hike along the Chapman Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and after a long day outdoors Hyatt Mountain Lodge is a tremendous place to spend a night or two. All year is a good time in the Sawatch Range if you adore the outdoors. Nearby lakes? Sure, Carter Lake is in the vicinity of Josephine Lake, and you can hit the slopes at Ski Cooper nearby. For the period of the long summer days at Josephine Lake highs are usually in the 80's, and the nighttime is fairly colder of course, frequently in the 40's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 30's with temperatures at Josephine Lake dipping down into the 0's throughout winter nights. This lake is so wonderful.
