Here at Jordan Number 1 Reservoir you can make out Beasley Hills, and some attention-grabbing geology is available here, Dog Head is right here. This lake is so wonderful. There's good hiking along the Phantom Creek Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - Canon City. You can run the rapids of South Platte River near Jordan Number 1 Reservoir; do pay a visit to                  Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument while you're here at Jordan Number 1 Reservoir. Having a fine time at Jordan Number 1 Reservoir is easy. The Longwater Trail offers hiking at its best, and after a long day outdoors Country Lodge is a brilliant spot to spend a night or two. At Jordan Number 1 Reservoir through the summer months highs are in the 70's while night lows are frequently in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's; after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Jordan Number 1 Reservoir descend into the-10's.
