Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Colorado River.       Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff in the Park Range. Jones Reservoir Number 3 is right by the Midway Trail; if you came for an overnight stay Red Mountain RV Park is a good spot to camp. Get your heart pumping on the good whitewater of Blue River, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Sheep Drive Trail. At Jones Reservoir Number 3 all through the long summer days highs are in the 70's while nighttime lows are ordinarily in the 40's. For                  the period of the winter highs are commonly in the 30's while Jones Reservoir Number 3 nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 0's.
