Be careful coming to the Medicine Bow Mountains, you might not ever want to go home again. Going for a hike on the McIntyre Trail is always a magnificent adventure, and Bosewll Creek Campground is a glorious local campground. It is very dried up here at Johnson Reservoir usually; through July this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. Grace Creek is a great local stream, and you don’t have to go far from Johnson Reservoir to spot

| | the water at Johnson Dam. Johnson Reservoir is located in the Medicine Bow Mountains. Throughout the summer months here at Johnson Reservoir, high temperatures frequently get into the 70's while nighttime lows are frequently in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Johnson Reservoir are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Johnson Reservoir, and everyone nearby loves skiing at Snowy Range. This lake is so wonderful. Yeah, come up here to the Medicine Bow Mountains for a wonderful time. Near Johnson Reservoir you locate the Medicine Bow Trail which
is a good hiking trail, and Pfister Draw is a magnificent place to go to. There is a good hiking trail close to Johnson Reservoir called the Pache Trail; there are other places here than Johnson Reservoir, for example Little Hohnholz
Lake. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things at Johnson Reservoir. If you came for an overnight stay Hohnholz Lakes Campground is a brilliant site to camp; soar down the rapids of Laramie River in a kayak.
