Get covered with water paddling on Tenmile Creek, and charming scenery and brilliant skiing is what you obtain at Arapahoe Basin. Jefferson Creek is a stream that you may come across while here; what would winter be without some skiing at Keystone.

   hiking along the Burning Bear Trail. If you love the outdoors, you'll have a thing about Jefferson Lake. Whitewater paddling is nice on Clear Creek, and the Old Boreas Wagon Road offers hiking at its best. At Jefferson Lake you don’t see much rain; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation.

               is right by the Argentine North Fork Trail. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Jefferson Lake has to offer, you can camp at Michigan Creek Campground; Jefferson Lake is a pleasant location to camp, Aspen Campground is a pleasant location. All through the days of summer, highs typically are in the 70's at Jefferson Lake with overnight lows in the 30's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Jefferson Lake are in the-10's.
