If you are in Pitkin county it's always a good idea to stop by Ivanhoe Lake. This lake is so wonderful. The Highline Trail offers hiking at its best; swing by Lyle Creek it's a tremendous place to stop at. This lake is so wonderful. There are some magnificent whitewater spots on Fryingpan River, and Ivanhoe Lake is right by the Mount Massive Trail. Not far from Ivanhoe Lake, you'll discover Lily Pad Lake which is a wonderful lake; Hagerman Pass is also a tremendous

Ivanhoe Lake is generally a pretty waterless site; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is February. If you came for an overnight stay Elk Wallow Campground is a great site to camp; beautiful scenery and magnificent skiing is what you acquire at Beaver Creek. Bachelor Gulch is a wonderful choice; Ivanhoe Lake is a location with many visitors from Edwards.
This lake is located in the wonderful Sawatch Range. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. Camping is available at Mary
Queen Campground, and Ivanhoe Dam is a site that is near Ivanhoe Lake. Yeah, come up here to the Sawatch Range for a great time. Super 8 Motel - Leadville is a tremendous site to get some rest, and get yourself into a kayak and hit
Lake Creek.
Hiking along the Main Range Trail is wonderful fun, and hey, Gotta ski right? Ski Cooper is a wonderful place to do that. All through the warm months at Ivanhoe Lake highs are mostly in the 70's, and all through the
night it cools down to the 40's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are ordinarily in the 30's while Ivanhoe Lake overnight low temperatures all through the winter are in the 0's. Man, is there heaps of entertaining stuff to do in the neighborhood of Ivanhoe Lake.
