you coming back over and over. You can run the rapids of Lime Creek right next door to Island Lake. A quick trip to Clear Creek near Island Lake is a splendid idea, and Swamp Canyon is certainly a great location to go to. You should
positively dedicate some time to Ice Lake Basin since you're here at Island Lake, and you can stay the night at South Mineral Campground. Nearby lakes? Sure, Ice Lake is near Island Lake, and a day on the slopes of Telluride is
just what you need. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Highline Trail, and a good close by hotel is Camels Garden.
