     This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Brooklyn Trail is perfect fun, and a journey to Grays Basin revives the spirit. Do check out Mud Lake in close proximity to Ingram Lake, it's a lovely lake; a day on the slopes of Telluride is just what you need. There are some magnificent whitewater spots on Lime Creek, and Ingram Lake is a good site to visit for more than one day, South Mineral Campground is a good site to camp nearby.
And that's not everything
 
   there is to do here in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. A spree to Imogene Pass is always fun, and a good sight of charming Ajax Peak is available. If you need a spot to stay The Ice House Lodge is a splendid choice; while you're here you can take a hike along the Weehawken Pack Trail. Summertime at Ingram Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's while overnight lows are regularly in the 50's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally  
               in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Ingram Lake.
Just can't get enough of the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Mineral Creek - South; going for a hike along the Greyhound Pack Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Ingram Lake. A fine close by hotel is Camel's Garden; if you like skiing, you're in luck; Silverton is rather near. Ingram Lake is ordinarily a reasonably waterless site; July is the wettest month with most rain; the driest of the months is June.
Be careful coming to Ingram Lake, you might not ever want to return home again. You'll discover a beautiful lake called Ptarmigan Lake near Ingram Lake. Ingram Lake is located in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Ingram Lake has to offer, you can camp at Ouray Koa Kampground, and don't leave Ingram Lake without first paying a visit to Bridal Veil Falls.
