Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff in the Front Range. Indigo Pond is right by the Saint Vrain Glacier Trail; lakes are such calm sites, why not take a look at Frigid Lake. This site rocks, just look at all the cool stuff to do close to Indigo Pond. Why not camp at Shelter Rock Campground since you're here at Indigo Pond, and if you want to have a look at some out of the ordinary stuff, have a look at Eagles Beak. This       lake is so wonderful. The scenery at Bluebird Dam in the neighborhood of Indigo Pond is pretty; a wonderful lake like Lake of Many Winds is a wonderful spot to have a look at. So many enjoyable things in the Front Range, just phenomenal. The snow is splendid at SolVista, and whitewater paddling is glorious on Boulder Creek. This lake is one of the great places here in the Front Range. Rocky Mountain National Park is a delightful national park; the Lion Lake Trail                  offers hiking at its best. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Indigo Pond; Bluebird Lake Trail is a delightful local trail, and dry warm beds await you at Peak To Peak Lodge Inc.. Indigo Pond gets very little precipitation; the wettest month of the year is generally August, that's the one that rains the most, and February meanwhile is the driest month. During the summer months here at Indigo Pond, high temperatures typically reach the 70's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 40's. Throughout the winter highs are ordinarily in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Indigo Pond are in the 0's. Any time is a magnificent time at Indigo Pond if you like the outdoors. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Berthoud Pass, and Aspen Lodge is a great site to get some rest. You get a magnificent sight of Mount Alice from Indigo Pond, and Pawnee Lake Campground is a pleasant local campground. All year is a pleasant time in the Front Range if you go for the outdoors.
