Throughout the summertime here at Iceberg Lakes, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 70's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 40's. For the period of the winter highs are generally in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Iceberg Lakes. A good site to take a look at in the vicinity of Iceberg Lakes is Riflesight Notch, and       you can have a good hiking adventure along the James Peak Lake Trail. Going for a hike along the King Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and you're most likely into lakes, Heart Lake is one of those close by. Zephyr Mountain Lodge is a pleasant site to get some rest; needless to say, this is a great region for folks who like lakes, Clayton Lake is a lake close at hand. This lake is so wonderful. Get wet paddling on                  Clear Creek - West Fork, and hiking along the South Boulder Creek Trail is delightful fun. Whohoo, so many exciting things in one place! Iceberg Lakes is unbeatable! If you need a location to stay Iron Horse Resort is a fine choice; if you like skiing, you're in luck; Berthoud Pass is relatively near. This lake is so wonderful. On a wonderful day you acquire a panorama of Mount Epworth from Iceberg Lakes, and Iceberg Lakes is a wonderful location to visit for more than one day, Midland Campground is a wonderful location to camp nearby. Iceberg Lakes is a location that is reasonably dried out mostly; August is the wettest month with most rain; February meanwhile is the driest month.
