Huntington Reservoir is located in the Park Range. Any time is a great time at Huntington Reservoir if you have a thing about the outdoors. You'll stumble on a charming       lake called Cottonwood Reservoir near Huntington Reservoir, and why not camp at Beaver Creek Campground while you're here at Huntington Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Soar down the rapids of Willow Creek in a kayak. All the outdoors entertaining things in the Park Range will keep you coming back persistently. Get covered with water paddling on Colorado River, and there is a great hiking trail nearby called the Elk Mountain Trail. Huntington Dam is                  worth checking out if you're here, and what would winter be without some skiing at SolVista. During the summer months highs here at Huntington Reservoir reach the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 40's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 20's with temperatures at Huntington Reservoir dipping down into the-10's through winter nights. It is very dried up here at Huntington Reservoir commonly; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. A nice location to camp here at Huntington Reservoir is Gilbert Campground, and Littletree Inn is a delightful spot to get some rest.
