There are some great whitewater spots on Wolf Creek; after a long day outdoors Allington Inn and Suites is a splendid location to spend a night or two. Man, is there loads of cool things to do in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Rio Grande, and Lake Humphreys is a nearby lake that you could stop by. This lake is so wonderful. There is a great hiking trail in close proximity

Metroz Mountain can be seen from Hunter Reservoir, and why not camp at Broken Arrow Ranch while you're here at Hunter Reservoir. You clearly have to fancy the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. summertime at Hunter Reservoir highs are mostly in the 70's. During the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 30's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's; all through the dark hours in the winter at Hunter Reservoir
temperatures fall to the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. A brilliant place to camp here at Hunter Reservoir is Park Creek Campground; nice water scenery is available at Hunters Lake Dam in the vicinity of Hunter Reservoir. It is
very dehydrated here at Hunter Reservoir frequently; July is the wettest month with most rain; June on the other hand is the driest. Hunter Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. If you like the
outdoors, you'll have a thing about Hunter Reservoir. Dry warm beds await you at The Spruce Lodge, and since you're here, you could also go to striking Hunters Lake.
