For the period of the days of summer here at Horsetooth Reservoir, high temperatures regularly get into the 70's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 40's. During the winter the highs are usually in the 30's, and night lows in the 0's for Horsetooth Reservoir. Good hiking is available along the Greyrock Trail. You'll need more than a day to discover everything       Horsetooth Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Laporte Koa Kampground. This lake is so wonderful. A good close by hotel is The Armstrong Hotel, and do schedule some time to check out Eltuck Bay if you have a chance. This lake is so wonderful. Watson Lake is a pleasant lake near Horsetooth Reservoir; at Horsetooth Reservoir you can observe Bingham Hill. Be careful coming to the Front Range, you might not ever want to go home again. Arthurs Rock is an exciting                  thing to see if you're here at Horsetooth Reservoir, and you can stay the night at Fort Collins KOA. Horsetooth Reservoir gets very little precipitation; the month with most of the rain is July while December is commonly the driest month. That right there is loads of amusing stuff already but it goes on, the Front Range has it all. There are other places here than Horsetooth Reservoir, for example College Lake, and there's good hiking along the Jug Trail. You're sure to bump into some nice folks from Fort Collins-Loveland here, and if you need a location to stay Hilton Fort Collins is a wonderful choice. You might want to pay a visit to Arthurs Rock Gulch since you're here at Horsetooth Reservoir, and an out of the ordinary thing to pop by near Horsetooth Reservoir is Horsetooth Dam. Horsetooth Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Front Range. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! Horsetooth Reservoir is so good! Don't leave Horsetooth Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Wintersteen Trail; get soaked paddling on Cache La Poudre River.
