Many people like to go to Horseshoe Lake. If you're stopping by Horseshoe Lake from Silverthorne, you won't be the only one. But wait, there's more exciting things to do in the Park Range. Horseshoe Lake is not the only spot close by, Lake Evelyn is a close by lake, and Snake River Village Townhomes is a nice location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Loveland; Horseshoe Lake is a perfect place to visit for more than

| | one day, Byers Creek Campground is a perfect place to camp nearby.
This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Horseshoe Lake without first going for a hike along the Darling Creek Trail; dry warm beds await you at Mountainside at SilverCreek by Resort Management Group. Go for a hike on the Kinney Creek Trail; get your heart pumping on the tremendous whitewater of Fraser River. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot. Good hiking is available along the | |

Byers Peak Trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Williams Fork.
Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Park Range. Gotta ski! SolVista is a tremendous site to do that, naturally
you could also check out Saint Louis Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Horseshoe Lake, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 20's with
temperatures at Horseshoe Lake dipping down into the-10's through winter nights. Horseshoe Lake is located in the Park Range.
It is very waterless here at Horseshoe Lake ordinarily; most of the rain falls during August, and the
driest month is February. Sugarloaf Campground is a delightful campground nearby, and Bills Peak is simple to spot from Horseshoe Lake.
