On a fine day at Lake Hope you can take a hike along the Sheep Trail, and Lake Hope is next to Poverty Gulch which is beyond doubt worth checking out. The Circle Trail is a great hiking trail close to Lake Hope, and after a long day outdoors Fairmont Franz Klammer Lodge is a magnificent location to spend a night or two. | | the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 30's. Throughout the winter the highs are commonly in the 30's; night lows through the winter for Lake Hope tend to be in the 0's. is what you get at Silverton, and hey, Gotta ski right? Telluride is a pleasant place to do that. You could also take a look at Lake Hope while you're here at Lake Hope; it's close by. You'll need more than a day to look at everything
Lake Hope has to offer, you can camp at Riverwood Inn and RV Park. This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes? Sure, Fuller Lake is in the neighborhood of Lake Hope, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Mineral Creek - South. There's
so much to do here at Lake Hope that you need to camp here for a while, South Mineral Campground is a tremendous place for that, and the panorama of Beattie Peak is picturesque.
