There's so much to do here at Homestake Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Mary Queen Campground is a delightful place for that, and if you need a location to stay The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch is a tremendous choice. Having a brilliant time in the Sawatch Range is trouble-free. Going for a hike on the Half Moon Trail is always a good adventure, and Homestake Reservoir is not far at all from Edwards. So many fun things       to do here at Homestake Reservoir, too splendid to be true. This lake is so wonderful. The skiing at Ski Cooper is good, and Homestake Condominiums is a perfect location to get some rest. Summertime highs at Homestake Reservoir ordinarily tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 40's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Homestake Reservoir. Around Homestake Reservoir                  you don’t get a lot of rainfall; through the month of July you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is February. Get your pulse rate up on the delightful whitewater of Homestake Creek; Homestake Reservoir is not the only location close by, Paradise Lakes is a close by lake. Stay the night at Gold Park Campground; the Main Range Trail is a splendid hiking trail close by.
