The beauty of Home Lake is reason enough to stop by. For the period of the days of summer, highs regularly are in the 70's at Home Lake; the nighttime is fairly colder of course, mostly in the 40's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Home Lake fall into the 0's. It is very dried up here at Home Lake mostly; during the month of August you get the most rain around here; the driest

| | month is February. There's no way anybody can get bored here in the Sawatch Range. While you're here at Home Lake you can take a hike along the Highline Trail, and camping at Sugar Loafin' RV/campground is always a good experience.
MT Massive Golf Course is a golf course in the neighborhood of Home Lake, and the slopes of Copper Mountain are so inviting nobody can resist. Get dripping wet paddling on Arkansas River, and Diamond Lake is a fine lake nearby. There's | |

just no way anybody can get bored here at Home Lake. Home Lake is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Belle of Colorado Campground is a glorious local campground, and after a long day outdoors Silver King Inn is a fine spot
to spend a night or two.
This lake is one of the great places here in the Sawatch Range. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is great here at Home Lake, you can go for a hike along the Mount Massive Trail, and Tennessee
Park is a splendid location to stretch your legs a bit. Yep, outdoors enjoyable stuff truly is plentiful here in the Sawatch Range. Have a brilliant hiking adventure along the Main Range Trail, and Ski Cooper is a wonderful local
ski area.
Nearby Gleason Gulch is a nice spot to go if you're at Home Lake; Super 8 Motel - Leadville is a good location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Arkansas River is so much fun, and since you're
here, you could take a look at East Tennessee Creek. Be careful coming to Home Lake, you might not ever wanna go home again.
