A brilliant location to camp here at Highland Reservoir is Rising Star, and golf can be played at Ute Creek Golf Course. Lakes? Sure, Highland Lake is in close proximity; if you need a location to stay Days Inn Longmont is a good choice. This lake is so wonderful. Holmes Draw is a perfect place to look at; camping at Johnson's Corner Campground is always a       pleasant experience. Highland Reservoir gets very little precipitation; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. If only every location had this much outdoors amusing stuff, what a great earth it would be. Lots of folks from Boulder come to Highland Reservoir, and you obtain a fine sight of Big Owl Hill from here. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Saint Vrain Creek -                  North. There are other spots here than Highland Reservoir, for example Mead Reservoir, and Highland Dam is a charming spot, unquestionably worth a visit. Throughout the long summer days, highs usually are in the 80's at Highland Reservoir with overnight lows in the 50's.
