A journey to Capulin Volcano National Monument is recommended.       Hermosa Dam is pretty waterless commonly; most of the rain falls throughout August while January is ordinarily the driest month. All the outdoors cool stuff in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains will keep you coming back many times. There's so much to do here at Hermosa Dam that you need to camp here for a while, Trinidad is a wonderful location for that, and Ojo Negro Canyon is beyond doubt a splendid place to visit.
