     During the summer at Hermit Reservoir 3 temperatures are mostly in the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 40's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Hermit Reservoir 3 are in the-10's. Hermit Reservoir 3 is regularly a pretty waterless site; the wettest month of the year is commonly August, that's the one that rains the most; February meanwhile is the driest month.
Hit the slopes at Silverton
 
   in close proximity; going for a hike on the Cebolla Trail is always a nice adventure. What a site this is for outdoors folks. Why not pop by Regan Dam while you're here, and you can see Hermit Peak from Hermit Reservoir 3. Having a great time in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains is uncomplicated. Hermit Reservoir 3 is a nice site to visit for more than one day, Highlander RV Campground is a nice site to camp nearby, and paddling on Henson Creek is so much fun.
 
               This lake is so wonderful. Looking for something near Hermit Reservoir 3? Hermit Number 4 Reservoir is close by, and whitewater paddling is wonderful on Rio Grande. This lake is so wonderful. Nearby Crooked Canyon is a tremendous location to go if you're at Hermit Reservoir 3, and there is a delightful hiking trail nearby called the Fern Creek Stock Driveway. A quick trip to Grouse Creek near Hermit Reservoir 3 is a perfect idea, and you're in all probability keen on lakes, Hermit Reservoir Number 2 is one of those close by.
Hermit Reservoir 3 is a beautiful lake in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the San Juan and Jemez Mountains has to offer. Castle Lakes Campground Resort is a splendid local campground; close by you find the Long Ridge Stock Driveway which is a tremendous hiking trail.
