Henderson Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Dry warm beds await you at Tamarron Resort, and everyone loves Big Bear Park. Henderson Lake is a location that is reasonably dried up regularly; most of the rain falls through August, and June on the other hand is the driest. Summer at Henderson Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 40's. For the period of the wintertime

| | highs are commonly in the 30's with temperatures at Henderson Lake dipping down into the 0's through winter nights.
This lake is so wonderful. Gotta ski! Kendall Mountain is a wonderful spot to do that, and why not camp at Bear Creek Campground since you're here at Henderson Lake. stuff to observe at Henderson Lake Dam close to Henderson Lake. This lake is so wonderful. The slopes of Silverton are so inviting nobody can resist; the fine people of Durango like to hang out close by.
Just can't get enough
of the San Juan Mountains. There's whitewater on Animas River for all you adrenaline people; if the weather is good, you can go for a hike along the Deer Park Trail. If you need a site to stay Cascade Village is a splendid choice,
and as expected Aspen Creek flows through this vicinity. While you're here at Henderson Lake you can take a hike along the Whitehead Trail.
This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time. There are some good whitewater
spots on Canyon Creek, and you can have a magnificent hiking adventure along the Highline Trail. Henderson Lake is a beautiful lake in the San Juan Mountains.
