Hells Hole Reservoir is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is so wonderful. On a great day at Hells Hole Reservoir you can take a hike along the Ironedge Trail, and whitewater paddling is nice on Eagle River. This lake is one of the great places here in the Sawatch Range. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing things in the Sawatch Range. Near Hells Hole Reservoir you find Bear Gulch which is a great spot to take a look

And that's not all you can do here at Hells Hole Reservoir. After a long day outdoors SilverLeaf Suites of Eagle is a wonderful site to spend a night or two, and it's a good idea to stop by Campbell Creek. Hells Hole Reservoir is a location that is relatively arid generally; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is February. So much enjoyable stuff in the Sawatch Range, just striking. A perfect
close by hotel is Best Western Eagle Lodge. There's so much to do here at Hells Hole Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Sylvan Lake is a pleasant site for that. Gotta ski! Aspen Highlands is a good place to do that,
and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Antone Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Get dripping wet paddling on Fryingpan River, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Salt Creek Trail.
Summertime highs at
Hells Hole Reservoir usually tend to be in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's with temperatures at Hells Hole Reservoir dipping down into the 0's all
through winter nights. It's always pleasant to check out Alldred Spring, and you'll locate a gorgeous lake called Bear Gulch Reservoir. That right there is a load already, but it continues; Hells Hole Reservoir has it all.
