brilliant campground nearby.
This lake is so wonderful. Oak Tree Inn Yampa is a magnificent place to get some rest, and in all probability you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Blue Lake is just a very short distance away. Go
for a hike on the South Derby Trail, and you're almost certainly into lakes, McChivvis Reservoir is one of those nearby.

| I fished last year and am coming back next week to fish again. It is very nice to fish from a boat or bank, but I prefer boat....Wife and I where fishing Stagecoach, then we heard of Yamcolo, it was about 20 mins out of Yampa. We came around the corner of the earthen dam side, looked down the fish where jumpin all over the place grabbed the poles and it was off to the rodoe,15 fish as fast as we could 45min past sorry did not have camera going back this year in couple of weeks can't wait New Castle Colo, Apple Tree Park... |
