This lake is so wonderful. A lake close by is Blue Lake; a magnificent nearby hotel is Quality Inn & Suites. This lake is so wonderful. Haypress Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Bison Lake Campground is a pleasant local campground, and get dripping wet paddling on Colorado River. Haypress Lake is usually a pretty arid place; during the month of October you get the most rain around here while       February is generally the driest month. If the weather is splendid here at Haypress Lake, you can go for a hike along the Oyster Lake Trail. There's so much to do here at Haypress Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Ami's Acres Campgrounds is a good place for that.
