In Colorado there are many beautiful lakes, Harvey-Murry Reservoir is one of them. Stay the night at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Camp, and if you come at the right time of year, Arkansas River offers some pleasant whitewater. You completely have to go for Harvey-Murry Reservoir. The top of Cactus Mountain is easily made out from Harvey-Murry Reservoir; why not take a look at nearby Cottonwood Creek while you're here at Harvey-Murry Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful.

Harvey-Murry Reservoir is frequently a pretty dehydrated site; the wettest month of the year is regularly July, that's the one that rains the most, and January is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Stultz Trail is always a great adventure, and Harvey-Murry Reservoir is near Arkansas River Canyon which is without doubt worth a visit. Having a wonderful time in the Front Range is easy. During your tour to Harvey-Murry Reservoir you'll meet some people from Canon City for sure, and do pop by Harvey-Murry Dam since you're
here. There's so much to do here at Harvey-Murry Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Buffalo Bill's Royal Gorge Campground is a great place for that, and nearby you hit upon the Tanner Trail which is a wonderful hiking
trail. Summer at Harvey-Murry Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 40's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 20's, and night lows at Harvey-Murry Reservoir
during the wintertime ordinarily plunge into the-10's.
But wait, there's more cool stuff to do in the Front Range. There are brilliant places to discover along the Highline Trail, and Super 8 Motel - Canon City is a magnificent spot to get some rest.
