A visit to Harts Basin is always a good idea. A good panorama of stunning Antelope Hill is available from Harts Basin, and Saint George Reservoir is a good lake nearby. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Howard Johnson Express - Cedaredge is a great choice, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Blue Grouse Trail. | | hand is the driest. Powderhorn is a glorious local ski area; Southgate Inns is a brilliant location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. The Bull and Brown Trail is a brilliant hiking trail next to Harts Basin; there are other locations here than Harts Basin, for example Fruit Growers Reservoir. A great spot to camp here at Harts Basin is Delta/Grand Mesa KOA, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Gunnison | |

high temperatures regularly get into the 90's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Harts Basin.
