If you get bored of Harris Lake, you could also have a look at close by Opal Lake; Harris Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Acres Green RV Park is a great local campground. Yep, outdoors cool things truly is abundant here in the
San Juan and Jemez Mountains. At Harris Lake you can catch a sight of V Mountain, and there's whitewater on San Juan River - East Fork for all you adrenaline kick people. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Harris Lake while overnight
lows are mostly in the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are ordinarily in the 30's with temperatures at Harris Lake dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. Head up to Wolf Creek and strap some skis to your feet.
There's so much to do here at Harris Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Blanco River Campground is a brilliant location for that, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Harris Lake; Leche Creek Trail is a brilliant local
