    If you are in this part of Colorado make sure to pay a visit to Harris Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Blanco River Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Pagosa Springs, Co. Harris Lake is a beautiful lake in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. Be careful coming to Harris Lake, you might not ever want to go back home again. Gardner Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit, and you don’t have to go  
   far from Harris Lake to observe the water at Harris Lake Dam.
This lake is so wonderful. If you get bored of Harris Lake, you could also have a look at close by Opal Lake; Harris Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Acres Green RV Park is a great local campground. If you want a perfect time in the great outdoors just come on up to the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. There are some perfect whitewater spots on Navajo River, and the V Rock Trail offers
 
               hiking at its best. Harris Lake is regularly a reasonably dry place; through the month of August you get the most rain around here while June is generally the driest month.
Yep, outdoors cool things truly is abundant here in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. At Harris Lake you can catch a sight of V Mountain, and there's whitewater on San Juan River - East Fork for all you adrenaline kick people. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Harris Lake while overnight lows are mostly in the 40's. For the duration of the winter highs are ordinarily in the 30's with temperatures at Harris Lake dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. Head up to Wolf Creek and strap some skis to your feet.
There's so much to do here at Harris Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Blanco River Campground is a brilliant location for that, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Harris Lake; Leche Creek Trail is a brilliant local trail. If you need a location to stay Oak Ridge Lodge is a wonderful choice, and V Rock is something you shouldn't miss since you're here.
