Harper Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Don't leave Harper Lake without first going for a hike along the Saddle Rock Trail, and not far from Harper Lake you'll come across Burke Lake which is a stunning lake. It is very dried up here at Harper Lake regularly; May is when you get the most rain here while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Boulder Creek, and dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Louisville. Summertime highs at Harper Lake commonly tend to be in the 80's with night lows in the 50's.
