Hardin Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the Uncompahgre Plateau Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. A splendid site to camp here at Hardin Reservoir is Iron Spring Campground, and do put some time aside to spend at Dollarhide Spring since you're here at Hardin Reservoir. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Hardin Reservoir. Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 40's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 30's, and after the

of San Miguel River in a kayak. Why not camp at Antone Spring Campground if you're here at Hardin Reservoir, and Dollan Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could explore. This lake is so wonderful. Near Hardin Reservoir you stumble on the Horsefly Trail which is a fine hiking trail, and you can go for a hike on the Paradox Road.
