At Hang Lake through the summer highs are in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 30's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's while Hang Lake night low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 0's. Be careful coming to the Medicine Bow Mountains, you might not ever wanna return back home again. From Hang Lake you obtain a great vista of Cameron Peak. Hang Lake       is a beautiful lake in the Medicine Bow Mountains. Hang Lake is ordinarily a reasonably dried up spot; May is the wettest month with most rain; January is when it's the driest. There's so much to do here at Hang Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Tunnel Campground is a great place for that, and Jewel Lake is a good lake nearby. Yeah, come up here to the Medicine Bow Mountains for a nice time. On a fine day at Hang Lake you can take a hike along                  the West Branch Trail; if you need a place to stay Gateway Inn Restaurant Cnf Ctr is a perfect choice. If the weather is good here at Hang Lake, you can go for a hike along the Blue Lake Trail, and Cache La Poudre River has a nice whitewater paddling spot nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Skyline Campground; lakes are such serene locations, why not pop by Kelly Lake. So many fun things close to Hang Lake, completely remarkable.
