When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 30's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Lake Haiyaha fall into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. A great nearby hotel is Fawn Valley Inn; you'll hit upon a striking lake called Emerald Lake. You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy       all the fun things in the Front Range. If you came for an overnight stay Glacier Basin Campground is a wonderful place to camp; if you have the time, Rocky Mountain National Park is a national park worth going to. That right there is plenty of cool things already but it goes on, the Front Range has it all. Andrews Creek is a delightful local stream, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake Haiyaha; Flattop Mountain Trail is a pleasant local trail. And                  that's not all you can do here at Lake Haiyaha. Lakes are such peaceful spots, why not stop by Dream Lake close to Lake Haiyaha; why not take a refreshing hike along the Glacier Creek Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Peak To Peak Lodge Inc. is a great choice, and no need to travel far to stop at exciting stuff like Andrews Glacier. Lake Haiyaha is a location that is quite arid commonly; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is November. The summit of Flattop Mountain can be seen from Lake Haiyaha, and you can run the rapids of Cache La Poudre River. Moraine Park Campground is a great local campground; glorious hiking is available along the Loch Vale Trail. That right there is plenty already, but it goes on; Lake Haiyaha has it all. Don't leave Lake Haiyaha without first paying a visit to Alberta Falls. This lake is one of the great places here in the Front Range.
