There's so much to do here at Guild Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Grand Junction/Clifton Campground is a brilliant place for that, and there are plenty of folks from Grand Junction here at Guild Reservoir. Halls Basin is a pretty place any time of year, unsurprisingly you could also visit Reeder Reservoir if you're here; it's not far at all. This lake is so wonderful. Have a magnificent       hiking adventure along the Whitewater Basin Trail, and if you've had enough of Guild Reservoir, Hallenbeck Reservoir Number 1 is nearby. Not much rain falls here at Guild Reservoir; October is the wettest month with most rain, and February is when it's the driest. There's whitewater on Kannah Creek for all you adrenaline kick people. Long Mesa is delightful and can be made out from Guild Reservoir, and if you need a spot to stay Best Western Clifton Inn                  is a good choice. For the duration of the warm days of summer at Guild Reservoir highs are commonly in the 90's while overnight lows are commonly in the 60's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Guild Reservoir. And if that's not enough, there's heaps more to do in close proximity to Guild Reservoir. While you're here at Guild Reservoir you can take a hike along the Spring Camp Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Wine Country Inn. This lake is so wonderful. Guild Reservoir is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Rv Ranch Grand Junction is a pleasant local campground, and Powderhorn has splendid slopes and a friendly staff.
