Klines Folly Campground is a nice campground nearby, and a fine nearby hotel is Rodeway Inn Glenwood Springs. Throughout the warm days of summer highs here at Grizzly Lake get into the 80's. Summer nighttime lows drop down to the 50's. For the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's       while the cold winter nights at Grizzly Lake are in the 0's. While you're here at Grizzly Lake, you could also stop at beautiful Monument Lake, and if you came for an overnight stay Supply Basin Campground is a great spot to camp. Take a hike on the Last Chance Trail. At Grizzly Lake you don’t see much precipitation; October is when you get the most rain here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Everybody                  close by loves skiing at Sunlight Mountain, and the Oyster Lake Trail offers hiking at its best. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining things in close proximity to Grizzly Lake.
