Stay the night at West Dolores Campground, and Greenlee Reservoir is in the neighborhood of Cabin Draw which is positively worth taking a look at. Greenlee Reservoir is pretty waterless commonly; through March this area sees the most snow; June on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Greenlee Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Mavreeso Campground is a perfect site for that It's always splendid

A picturesque lake like Bauer Reservoir right next door to Greenlee Reservoir is a wonderful place to pop by, and the vistas at Mesa Verde National Park will blow your mind. This lake is so wonderful. Fox Den Reservoir is a wonderful lake in the vicinity of Greenlee Reservoir, and if you need a location to stay Dunton Hot Springs is a good choice. Be careful coming to Greenlee Reservoir, you might not ever wanna return back home again. | |

From Greenlee Reservoir you obtain a great sight of Stoner Mesa, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Greenlee Reservoir; Spring Creek Trail is a good local trail. Summertime highs at Greenlee Reservoir regularly tend to be

It contains 402 surfqace acres when full. The lake is stocked with fish by the Colorado Division of Wildlife (DOW) and open for public fishing. Public access is from highway 184 on the north side of the lake. There is a boat ramp. Fishing is allowed from the bank or from hand powered or trolling motor powered boats only. The public access is maintained by the DOW. The only facilities present is a boat ramp and a pit toilet. No fires, swimming or overnight camping is allowed.... |
