The beauty of Green Lake attracts many people from all around. This place, Green Lake, it truly has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. The skiing at Irwin Lodge is perfect, and drift down the rapids of Slate River in a kayak. If you need a place to stay The Elevation Hotel is a nice choice, and Green Lake is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Avery Peak Campground is a brilliant local campground. Camping at Lost Lake Campground is always a good experience.

| | High temperatures at Green Lake during the summer are in the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 40's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are regularly in the 30's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Green Lake. On a great day at Green Lake you can take a hike along the Trail Riders Trail; at Green Lake you can see Mount Axtell. This lake is so wonderful. The Mill-Castle Trail is a great hiking trail close to Green Lake, and paddling on Oh Be Joyful Creek is so much fun. While you're here at Green Lake you can take a hike along the Lowline Trail, and Lodge at Mountaineer Square is a fine place to get some rest.
