Paddling on Clear Creek - West Fork is so much fun; a pleasant close by hotel is Georgetown Mountain Inn. This lake is so wonderful. The peak of Alpine Peak can be seen from Green Lake, and Snowdrift Gulch is a glorious place to spend some time. That right there is a heap already, but it continues; Green Lake has it all. A charming lake like Clear Lake close to Green Lake is a nice place to stop by; there is a good hiking trail       close by called the Silver Dollar Lake Trail.
