Don't leave Green Lake without first checking out Pavillion Point; after a long day outdoors Georgetown Mountain Inn is a glorious site to spend a night or two.
This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Clear Creek is so much fun;
going for a hike along the Chicago Lakes Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. Get drenched paddling on Clear Creek - West Fork, and there's always Green Lake Dam to stop by right next door to Green Lake.
This lake is so wonderful. You'll find a wonderful lake called Naylor Lake near Green Lake; you can have a splendid hiking adventure along the Silver Dollar Lake Trail.
From a rainfall point of view Green Lake is a rather typical
place; the month of April is the wettest with most of the snow, and October is when it's the driest. Near Green Lake you discover perfect locations like Snowdrift Gulch, and if the weather is tremendous, you can go for a hike along the Argentine Trail.
