Green Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing stuff near Green Lake. There are glorious places to explore along the Lion Lake Trail, and needless to say, all our national parks are glorious places to check out and Rocky Mountain National Park is no exception. You can run the rapids of Saint Vrain Creek - North close to Green Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Alpine Trail Ridge Inn. There are other

| | locations here than Green Lake, for example Mills Lake, and here at Green Lake you can distinguish Arrowhead.
This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Green Lake without first going for a hike along the Long Peak Trail; camping at Glacier Basin Campground is always a nice experience. slopes of Berthoud Pass is just what you need, and while you're here at Green Lake it's a great idea to stop at Boulder Field.
Not far from Green Lake, you'll stumble on Black Lake which is a striking lake; while you're here why
not visit The Keyhole. Whohoo, so much fun stuff in one place! The Front Range is excellent! Camping is available at Longs Peak Campground, and Shelf Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth going to. Green Lake is
