What a nice lake Green Lake is. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for some flowing water? Try Shelf Creek; get yourself into a kayak and hit Saint Vrain Creek - North. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Front Range. Nearby lakes? Sure, Black Lake is in the neighborhood of Green Lake, and there is a perfect hiking trail nearby called the Long Peak Trail. But wait, there's more exciting things to do in the Front Range. There's so much to do here at Green Lake

| | that you need to camp here for a while, Glacier Basin Campground is a magnificent site for that, and Rocky Mountain National Park is a very fine spot to explore.
Dry warm beds await you at Alpine Trail Ridge Inn, and don't leave Green Lake without first checking out Chasm View. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Berthoud Pass, and Boulder Field is right here at Green Lake. Green Lake in fact is in the middle of a striking outdoors paradise. | |

A perfect site to visit in the neighborhood of Green Lake is The Keyhole, and after a long day outdoors Peak To Peak Lodge Inc. is a wonderful location to spend a night or two.
This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right
time of year, Boulder Creek offers some great whitewater, and close by you come across the East Longs Peak Trail which is a splendid hiking trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Front Range. If you came to camp Longs Peak Campground
is a tremendous location to do that, and a journey to Fan Falls will fill your spirit with magnificent feelings.
At Green Lake you don’t see much rain; the month with most of the rain is August, and the driest of the months is
November. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors fun stuff the area in close proximity to Green Lake has to offer. If the weather is pretty, you obtain a good panorama of Arrowhead from Green Lake, and the Lion Lake Trail
is a fine hiking trail nearby. Through the summer months at Green Lake highs are ordinarily in the 70's. Through the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 30's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and winter nights come with
lows in the 0's to Green Lake.
All the outdoors cool things in the Front Range will keep you coming back repeatedly.
