Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! The Sawatch Range is excellent! Granite Lakes is a glorious location to camp, Elk Wallow Campground is a glorious location, and there is a glorious hiking trail nearby called the Sawyer Lake Trail. This lake is so wonderful. you don’t mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Lake Creek.
This lake is so wonderful. Ski Cooper is a delightful local ski area. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Granite Lakes has to offer,
you can camp at Lost Man Campground. Granite Creek is a stream that you may bump into while here, and a great nearby hotel is The Alpenblick By Aspen Lodging Company. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this location. Granite Lakes
is a place with many visitors from Edwards, and the Chapman Trail is a good hiking trail nearby.
The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Granite Lakes, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Granite Lakes are in the 0's.
