Colorado has many beautiful lakes and Goose Pasture Tarn is one of them. The summit of Mount Argentine can be seen from Goose Pasture Tarn, and a quick trip to Indiana Creek is undeniably a nice idea. | | long day outdoors Main Street Junction by ResortQuest is a great site to spend a night or two, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Tenmile Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Lodge And Spa At Breckenridge is a pleasant place to get some rest, and at Goose Pasture Tarn you always meet someone from Silverthorne. Now, you may assume that's a load but there's even more fun stuff to do here at Goose Pasture Tarn. | |

Blue Rock Spring is always fun to check out, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Goose Pasture Tarn; Burro Trail is a fine local trail. Throughout the summer here at Goose Pasture Tarn, high temperatures mostly reach the 70's.
Summer night lows descend down to the 30's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and overnight lows in the-10's for Goose Pasture Tarn. Camping is available at Selkirk Campground; in close proximity
to Goose Pasture Tarn you stumble on a golf course called Breckenridge Golf Club. This is a good neighborhood for folks who like lakes. Mayflower Lakes is a lake nearby, and if you want to stop at some interesting stuff, stop
at Rocky Point. This lake is so wonderful. Crested Butte is a great local ski area, and there's whitewater on Arkansas River for all you adrenaline kick people. Goose Pasture Dam is not far at all from Goose Pasture Tarn, and the
slopes of Breckenridge are so inviting nobody can resist. This lake is so wonderful. Nearby lakes? Sure, Sawmill Reservoir is right next door to Goose Pasture Tarn, and swamps like Goose Pasture are fun to explore. Don't try to
stop me, cause I'm havin' a splendid time here at Goose Pasture Tarn. While staying at Goose Pasture Tarn you could always explore Carter Gulch; why not take a refreshing hike along the Wheeler Trail.
