This lake is so wonderful. You can take a little tour to Goose Lake Dam since you're here at Goose Lake; get yourself into a kayak and hit San Juan River - East Fork. If you want a pleasant time in the great outdoors just come on up to the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. You're in all probability addicted to lakes, Goose Reservoir is one of those close by, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Goose Lake; Rainbow Trail is a tremendous local trail. Goose

| | Lake is located in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. The Middle Creek Stock Driveway offers hiking at its best, and Holiday Inn Express PAGOSA SPRINGS is a pleasant location to get some rest. the one with the most rain; the driest of the months is June. Dry warm beds await you at OakRidge Lodge, and Goose Lake is right by the Turkey Lake Trail. Just can't get enough of Goose Lake. What would winter be without some skiing
at Wolf Creek, and camping is available at Ivy Creek Campground and Trailhead. These mountains rock, just look at all the enjoyable stuff to do in the San Juan and Jemez Mountains. Drift down the rapids of Wolf Creek in a kayak,
and why not camp at Broken Arrow Ranch if you're here at Goose Lake. Through the warmest time of the year at Goose Lake temperatures are generally in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 30's. High temperatures through
the winter are normally in the 20's; after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Goose Lake sink into the-10's.

Using the river or the land without authorization is tresspassing and is illegal. I am by no means giving you permission to use it. I am simply stating the facts.
