It's always fun to stop by Goose Lake. The Front Range scenery is always beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Best Western Lodge At Nederland is a delightful choice, and Mount Albion can be distinguished from Goose Lake. Beaver Village Condominiums is a pleasant place to get some rest, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Boulder Creek.

| | Berthoud Pass close by, and get your pulse rate up on the tremendous whitewater of Boulder Creek - South. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a pleasant time here at Goose Lake. Good hiking is available along the Jean Lunning Trail; why not camp at Fourth of July Campground if you're here at Goose Lake. Goose Lake is ordinarily a relatively dehydrated place; most of the rain falls during August; February on the other hand is the driest.

the summer months highs are in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows fall down to the 40's. All through the winter highs are frequently in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Goose Lake are in the 0's. Albion Lake is a nearby lake
that you could go to, and going for a hike on the Arapho Glacier Trail is always a great adventure. Be careful coming to the Front Range, you might not ever wanna return back home again. The best way to spend a winter day is on the
slopes of close by Winter Park; a splendid place to camp here at Goose Lake is Buckingham Campground.
Yeah, come up here to the Front Range for a great time. Goose Lake Dam is not far at all from Goose Lake, and you can go for
a hike on the Rainbow Lakes Trail. Rocky Mountain National Park is one of the destinations near Goose Lake that are perfect to go to.
