If you're stopping by Gold Lake from Boulder, you won't be the only one, unsurprisingly you could also explore Duck Lake since you're here; it's not far at all. Gold Lake is close to Gold Lake Dam which is a striking location unquestionably worth taking a look at; you might also want to pay a visit to Bell Gulch if you're here at Gold Lake. things you can do here in the Front Range. Do pay a visit to Rocky Mountain National Park since you're here at Gold Lake, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Lodge At Nederland is a wonderful location to spend a night or two.
This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is fine on Saint Vrain Creek - South. There's so much to do here at Gold Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Middle Saint Vrain Campground is a brilliant spot for that. So much
cool stuff in the Front Range, just fantastic. Get drenched paddling on Boulder Creek - North, and there's great hiking along the South Saint Vrain Trail. Gold Lake is a location that is reasonably waterless generally; the month
with most of the rain is August; the driest month is February. Summertime highs at Gold Lake usually tend to be in the 70's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's typically in the 40's. Daytime highs during the winter are in
the 20's; overnight lows in the 0's for Gold Lake. Gold Lake is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Pawnee Campground is a wonderful local campground, and don't leave Gold Lake without first going for a hike along the Beaver Reservoir Cut-Off Trail.
