What a nice lake Glen Reservoir is. The Front Range scenery is always beautiful. Now, you may believe that's a heap but there's even more amusing stuff to do here at Glen Reservoir. Beaver Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to, and the Switzerland Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Central City/Blackhawk KOA while you're here at Glen Reservoir; needless to say, A journey to Gamble Gulch is always fun. One of the

| | governing highlights of the surroundings of Glen Reservoir is Park Hill; if you need a site to stay Nederland International Hotels is a delightful choice. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this site. So much cool stuff to do here in the Front Range, too brilliant to be true. Beaver Creek is a stream you can pop by during your stay, and dry warm beds await you at Sundance Lodge and Café. For the period of the long summer days, highs generally are in the 70's at Glen Reservoir, and through summer nights
temperatures are in the 40's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 20's with temperatures at Glen Reservoir dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. All year is a splendid time in the Front Range if you go for the outdoors.
Very gorgeous scenery and good skiing is what you get at Berthoud Pass, and you don’t have to go far from Glen Reservoir to make out the water at Los Lagos Lakes Dam. If you come at the right time of year, Boulder Creek offers
some nice whitewater, and Glen Reservoir is right by the Kings Lake Trail. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Boulder Creek - South, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Rainbow Lakes Trail. Not much rain falls here at Glen
Reservoir; through the month of August you get the most rain around here, and February is when it's the driest.
