Lakes are such peaceful locations, why not have a look at Mesa Lakes close to Glacier Springs, and the Deep Creek Trail offers hiking at its best. Glacier Springs is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Glacier Spring Campground is a nice local campground, and a nice nearby hotel is Howard Johnson Express - Cedaredge. This lake is so wonderful. A cool spot to stop by near Glacier Springs is Spruce Point, and Glacier Springs is right by the West Bench Trail.

A glorious place to camp here at Glacier Springs is Jumbo Reservoir Campground; skiing at Powderhorn is one of those things you just should do. For the duration of the days of summer, highs usually are in the 90's at Glacier Springs, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Delta is a brilliant location to spend a night or two.
