    Gibson Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Gibson Lake is right by the Burning Bear Trail; here at Gibson Lake you can catch a sight of Glacier Peak. Glide down the rapids of Clear Creek in a kayak, and obviously, A spree to Gibson Gulch is always fun. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Gibson Lake has to offer, you can camp at Aspen Campground, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Woods Creek.
At Gibson Lake
 
   through the summer months highs are in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 30's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 20's; nighttime lows during the winter for Gibson Lake tend to be in the-10's. Gibson Lake gets very little rainfall; July is the month that gets the most rain, and January is the month with the least moisture. This place, Gibson Lake, it truly has so much outdoors exciting stuff. After a long day outdoors Ski Tip Townhomes is a  
               good place to spend a night or two; you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Keystone since you're here.
This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Gibson Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Hall Valley Campground is a glorious place for that. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Argentine Trail is brilliant fun; dry warm beds await you at Key To The Rockies Lodging At Keystone. Take a hike on the Argentine North Fork Trail; lovely scenery and great skiing is what you get at Arapahoe Basin.
