     Lake Gibraltar is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is so wonderful. Lots of people from Boulder come to Lake Gibraltar. All the outdoors fun stuff in the Front Range will keep you coming back time and again. From Lake Gibraltar you obtain a perfect view of Cooper Peak. Lakes? Sure, Pipit Lake is nearby. Lake Gibraltar is pretty waterless commonly; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture.
 
   You just can't picture the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the area near Lake Gibraltar has to offer. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at nearby Lark Pond, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Winter Park. Rocky Mountain National Park is a very delightful location to pop by in the neighborhood of Lake Gibraltar; Bluebird Dam is not far at all from Lake Gibraltar. Since you're here at Lake  
               Gibraltar why not explore Buchanan Pass; if you need a place to stay Marys Lake Lodge is a nice choice.
If you come at the right time of year, Saint Vrain Creek - North offers some great whitewater; while you're here you can take a hike along the Saint Vrain Glacier Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Thunderbolt Creek flows through this area; a magnificent nearby hotel is Inn At Grand Lake, The. But wait, there's more entertaining stuff to do in the Front Range. Elk Tooth is something you shouldn't miss if you're here at Lake Gibraltar, and if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Buchanan Pass Trail.
All through the summer here at Lake Gibraltar, high temperatures generally get into the 70's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 40's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 20's while Lake Gibraltar overnight low temperatures during the winter are in the 0's. Lake Gibraltar is a beautiful lake in the Front Range. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Front Range. Lake Gibraltar is good enough to spend more than a day at, Pawnee Lake Campground is a good local campground, and on a wonderful day you can take a hike along the Gourd Lake Trail.
And that's not all you can do here at Lake Gibraltar. Soar down the rapids of Boulder Creek in a kayak, and Berthoud Pass is a very popular ski area nearby. This lake is so wonderful. A good spot to camp here at Lake Gibraltar is Shelter Rock Campground, and you ought to unquestionably dedicate some time to Fox Park while you're here at Lake Gibraltar.
