Many people like to go to George Lake. George Lake is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Granite Campground is a wonderful local campground; get soaked paddling on Elk River. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Winterwood Townhomes is a magnificent place to spend a night or two, and at George Lake you can see Round Mountain. This lake is one of the great places here in the Park Range.

| | ordinarily; the month with most of the snow is December, and August on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. If you're a golfer then a good close by course is Haymaker Golf Course; hiking along the Fish Creek Falls Trail is pleasant fun. And if that's not enough there's a lot more entertaining stuff to do in the Park Range. You can never get enough of the great skiing at Steamboat, and Summit Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit.

trees of Routt National Forest are a delightful source of shade on hot summer days; dry warm beds await you at Scandinavian Lodge and Condominiums. Summer brings highs in the 80's to George Lake, and through summer nights temperatures
are in the 40's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 20's, and nighttime lows through the wintertime for George Lake tend to be in the-10's. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! George Lake rules!.

looking for more outdoors enjoyable things just keep reading. Have a splendid hiking adventure along the Percy Lake Trail, and do stop by Martha Lake, it's a beautiful lake. Take a hike on the Newcomb Creek Trail; wonderful skiing
awaits you at Howelsen Hill. Just can't get enough of the Park Range. A trip to Buffalo Pass is always fun. There's so much to do here at George Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Summit Lake Campground is a great location for that.
