Galena Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Galena Lake is right by the Trail Riders Trail, and a lake nearby is Elko Lake. A delightful place for whitewater paddling near Galena Lake is Daisy Creek; getting to East Fork South Fork Crystal River from Galena Lake is painless. Have a glorious hiking adventure along the Lowline Trail, and folks from Edwards love to come here.

The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's; nighttime lows at Galena Lake through the wintertime ordinarily descend into the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. Galena Lake is mostly a reasonably dried out place; most of the rain falls through August, and the driest month is February. Schofield Pass is a tremendous location to explore; Galena Lake is a great site to camp,
Meri-daes RV Park and General Store is a great site. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is lovely, you obtain a good panorama of Cinnamon Mountain from Galena Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Marble Outpost.
Now, you
may believe that's a load but there's even more cool stuff to do here at Galena Lake. You can never get enough of the magnificent skiing at Aspen Highlands, and Avery Peak Campground is a glorious campground here. Get your pulse rate
up on the glorious whitewater of Crystal River - North Fork; after a long day outdoors Beaver Lake Retreat Center Bed & Breakfast is a delightful site to spend a night or two.
