G G Upper Dam is not far at all
from G G Upper Reservoir, and splendid hiking is available along the High Trail. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Eagle, Co, and if you don’t have a problem getting
dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Eagle River.
That right there is a heap of fun things already but it goes on, the Sawatch Range has it all. Stay the night at Gypsum Creek Campground, and hiking is a popular thing to do around G G Upper Reservoir; South Derby Trail is a good local trail.
